Having practiced yogic meditation since 1995, I first came to Hatha Yoga in January 2000 as a means to further improve my flexibility to benefit my martial arts practice. Discovering different styles of Yoga and especially Yoga Nidra has led my practice to new horizons ever since.
Yoga has over the years become one of the cornerstones of my life, and, above all, a lasting source of health, joy, serenity and clarity.
After many years of practice, the manifold Ways of Yoga and yogic meditation still offers something to amaze me behind every bend of this amazing road our life is.
Since graduating from my first formal Yoga teacher training in 2013, it fills me with joy to share this way of open-minded exploring and offer mindfulness-focused, gentle Yoga, Ho'oponopono and Yoga Nidra deep relaxation workshops in Thun, Switzerland and internationally. If you are in need of more specific counselling, Yoga therapy and energetic Aura / Chakra-treatments allow to address diverse health or development aims in your life.
Twenty years of meditation practice have shown me that there are different ways of perceiving the true beauty of the world around us - a point of view I call the 'meditative view". The exploration of this way of seeing things have led me to share this, also, in my work as an artist, photographer and writer. Namaste.
